Within Australia

What are the shipping costs?

All parcels within Australia will be delivered via Star track Express.

For orders less than $50, there will be a flat rate of $8.50. For all orders over $50 the postage is FREE
You will receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days.

International orders can expect to receive orders in approximately 10-14 working days. Postal charges for international airfreight will be AUD$25 for items weighing up to 0.75kg. For orders weighing more than 0.75kg, international airfreight fees will be advised at time frame of despatch and order processing.

Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where
the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed
will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value
of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

Sale deliveries

At OUCH, our goal is to despatch your online order within 5-7 working days. During busy SALE periods we will
do everything we can to despatch your order so that it is received within 5-7 working days. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly so you can consider an alternative item.


GST / Taxes

A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.

GST on international orders

The total price of your order will include 10% GST at checkout. However, this will be deducted when your international order is processed and your credit card is charged.



All prices are shown in Australian dollars.


How to order

How do I place an order?

Simply add the item to your order, select checkout, then follow the prompts to enter
your shipping details, payment information and any comments. If you want to add more items to your click the
"continue shopping" button.

If a specific size or colour is currently out of stock ot has been sold out you will not be able to add it to your basket.
In this case eg: "sold out black size 5" will be displayed in the description.

It is important that you confirm your order, then complete the payment details. Please check your order and
payment details carefully. When you are satisfied with the information please select the "confirm" button.

When we receive your order, we will send you an email and invoice with your order details attached.
Please note, once you have placed your order with us we are unable to amend your order prior to dispatch.

Our guarantee.

OUCH strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered. Each garment has been
shown and described with as much clarity and detail as possible to enable you to make a good purchasing decision.
However, if when you receive your order it is not what you were after for reasons of fit, sizing or colour then we are happy to assist you in an exchange for an item more suitable as long as the item is returned in its original condition with original tags and purchase receipt.

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order (within Australia). If you need to exchange any item please phone or email us.  All returns will be processed promptly allowing you to choose another size, colour or item.

Unless otherwise agreed, all charges incurred in returning goods are at the purchaser’s expense. OUCH suggests that insurance be placed on goods while in transit. Goods not returned within 14 days of receipt of order will only be accepted at the discretion of OUCH.

Please return all items by Express Post. Express post bags are available at Australia Post offices and Agents.
